Transcend’s CF150 CompactFlash card is compliant with CompactFlash specification V4.1, and uses strong error correction code
(ECC) which can correct up to 24 bit errors per 1 kilobyte.
Engineered for long life and maximum durability, the CF150 memory card adopts global static wear leveling for better protection against uncorrectable errors, and supports S.M.A.R.T functionality and Security Command.
The CF150 CF card is offered with an extended operating temperature range of
-25° to 85°. It supports Ultra DMA mode 5 and three operation modes, including PC Card Memory Mode
(PCMCIA), PC Card IO Mode, and True IDE Mode. The CF150 will appear as a fixed disk when used in True IDE mode, making it perfect for use in an industrial environment.
